I left a message on the weekend, and Stephanie called me back first thing Monday morning and had the image printed and out the door by Tuesday. I was already a big fan of this place due to their high quality products, but add customer service to that list as well now!

The quality of the print and materials greatly exceeded my expectations. Just a stunning piece. The print was well packaged and shipping was without any problems. I look forward to my next purchase!

Watercolor Paper Fine Art Prints rated by I enthusiastically recommend ArtisanHD to anyone looking for an excellent fine arts printer. Even thought I am in NYC and ArtisanHD is in Arizona, they are my printer of choice and have done several of my exhibited pieces. The color, image quality, and finishing is consistently outstanding. They are so efficient that my being in NYC and them being in Arizona has never been an issue time wise and if I need it super fast, they get it there on time. Plus, their technical advice and customer service are appreciated and a pleasure.
I do not have many prints done however over the past several years when I do; I have received excellent service from Artisan HD. Recently, most of my orders have been the ChormaLuxe Dye-Sub Metal and the acrylic encapsulated prints. Both products are outstanding, makes an average photo pop and come alive. I have used other labs but found to be inferior to Artisan HD in both quality and customer service.

I was curious about printing photographs directly to Gatorboard, having tried Forex board in the past. The print looked great and was less expensive than Forex. I will be using them again for sure.

I went to ArtisanHD, and received a tour of the plant. They shared the different products and their applications which was very interesting and helpful. My sister was blown away when she received the photo I had picked, of our hike at Upheaval Dome, near Moab, to be printed. This is my gift to my wife for our 20th anniversary. I found Artisan through a Google search and was extremely happy with the ease of uploading my large size picture (>150 MB Tiff) and to pick the best photo paper. The print arrived several days earlier than expected and looked fantastic. The resolution and colors were great and it looks wonderful in its frame.

ArtisanHD not only prints your images, they offer many alternatives to just printing. I print mostly on a home (if you are not printing, you are not photographing) printer. I use ArtisanHD for those occasions when I really want to make a statement with my image. I don’t put every one of my prints through them, but those special images I keep hanging in my home ….. they are my first choice. Professional and easy to use online.
My last order and even my previous orders have always been of the highest quality and fast turn around. All the staff has been very helpful in whatever I was trying to find out or get help with. You guys are great!

Very, very pleased with my print on watercolor paper - I printed a tif of a watercolor illustration. Print was perfectly laid out with plenty of spacing for matting. Like the color rendering, and the shipping - great that it was shipped flat, properly protected, rather than rolled up in a tube. Will be glad to do more work with these folks. My only small quibble is the rather smooth texture of the watercolor paper, but printing on a less regular or rougher surface would absorb up more ink, likely produce less consistent results and is probably prone to more waste and rejection, so I get it. No matter, this will look grand framed and matted. Nice work, will be back.

We had a small mix-up with the brackets, as I didn't realize they were inside a pocket carved into the Styrofoam. When I couldn't find them, the team at ArtisanHD shipped a replacement set overnight, at the same time they clarified where to find the original. Lesson learned -- pull out all the Styrofoam if you don't see the brackets immediately. To sum up, as everyone else has said, this is a museum quality print at an affordable price, and the service is amazing. Thanks guys!

We did a club room in their home with 14’ ceilings, so I had some big walls to fill. We did sandy beige tones with pops of turquoise in the color scheme. Because I have high ceilings I was looking to exhibit something large between my book cases and ceiling--but didn't want my living room to look like a gallery of my images. I contacted Mike from ArisanHD to brainstorm on some ideas. He introduced me to DiBond to give my Wild Tonto National Park Horses a different look and because of the natural light that comes in from a large slider, Mike assured me we would see the light reflect and play off of the piece. So in PhotoShop I altered the Wild Horses to sepia and added a rustic boarder and ordered a 48" X 72" DiBond print with Black anodized stand-offs, a wonderful way to hang the image so it is set off from the wall giving a wonderful look (Mike hand held me through this process as well). Mike's response time, customer service, attention to my vision and hand holding were A+. Thank you Mike and ArtisanHD for catering to the one-offs. I will certainly be back!

TruLife™ Non-Glare Acrylic Prints rated by I ended up ordering from ArtisanHD, one of the labs that prints on acrylic with TruLife. When the print arrived, I was floored! It’s so bright. It gives the illusion that it picks up all the light in the room and lets it shine forward out of the print, like light from the edges is gathered and shone forward, too. I love it. It truly shows the vision I had in each step of making this photograph. I also liked that the photo arrived ready to hang on the wall. Its thin mounting and standout profile further the “pop”. It could be framed, but I like the modern look of it hanging on its own without the physical and visual weight of a frame. The colors, the shadows and the tonality were so subtle it all could have easily been lost in translation. Michael Goldner of Artisan HD created this exceptional print. I couldn't be happier Kodak Metallic Paper 4/0 under 1/8 inch Plexi Museum Mount Hard to see in this picture the incredible detail they managed to hold in all the tones of the shadows. You guys make me look good - THANKS BETWEEN LIGHT AND SHADOW - Death Valley The eye is caught by the light but the shadows had more to say I wandered up the dunes in the dark, when I set up to capture this first light I could trace my footsteps in and out of the shadows
I had a vision in mind for having one of my photos turned into a work of art. Took my a while to find someone, and ArtisanHD knocked it out of the ballpark for me! My photo needed some enhancing - including removing a bubble in the sidewall of the tire! Their work is outstanding! So happy with the finished product!
I decided that I wanted my painting inside of acrylic. I went with the {Plexiglass Acrylic Face Mounting }, so I went with acrylic face mounting and that's what I love. I love the fact that Mr. Mike took the time to help me through every process. He answered every question I had to ask, and was very sweet of him to do and he taught me a little bit more. "Can't complain". The price of success is hard work, THANK YOUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! I cant wait to order again...

I did a lot of research and tried other print labs trying to get that "Peter Lik" look. In effort to do JUST THAT, I researched what I could about Peter Lik, YouTube video's, blogs, etc. and it came down to encapsulation and a quality HD archival grade paper. I found ArtisanHD based on that word encapsulation and I uploaded a shot, had it printed, got the shot back and WOW... an absolute WOW. Had I not taken the shot myself, I could have pulled it off as a "Professional Photographer". ;-) Anyway.. the ingredients are easy. We absolutely LOVE the new signs on our Yukon for the company on the back window and the 2 side windows. They turned out better than I imagined. They also last year put in new signs with an awesome fresh design theme in our medical offices including door signage, large logos on plexiglass in our lobby areas, new directional signage, and all of that was awesome as well. ArtisanHD is the best! Every medium I have had printed with them (whether it is canvas, dibond aluminum, mounts on acrylic, or catalogs) is absolutely beautiful. Canvas Prints In All Sizes rated by The first time I worked with ArtisanHD I brought in a big sheet of old, rusted metal and asked, “Can you print on this?” They immediately took me right back to the print shop, checked out the piece of steel and ultimately said, “No, it’s not flat enough and would probably break our machines.” The quick answer was, “No.” But the point here is that they didn’t sigh and shake their heads and say, “We don’t do that kind of thing.” They took the time to consider my request without rushing me out the door because they were in a hurry to get on to a large corporate customer. In fact, they said, “ Bring in a flatter piece of steel and we’ll give it a try.” Which I did, and they did print on metal, and my oddball artistic idea became a reality. I certainly understand that there are limitations. But where ArtisanHD is not limited is in imagination. They have that unique openness of thought that gives them the ability to work beyond arbitrary limits. Maybe more importantly, they have the creative agility to bring an artist's concept to life. I’m a very, very small client for ArtisanHD. They don’t make much money from my little corner of the art world, but you sure can’t tell that by the way I’m treated. The personal attention they give me is unmatched in my experience. I think they kind of like the challenges that wacky artists bring to them. The fact is, the people I’ve worked with here are artists themselves and have that wonderful openness to “what if”. In my estimation, all business should be considered a partnership, not a transaction; a sharing of expertise, not a limiting of possibilities by pre-conceptions; a respect for what each brings to the table; a joy of being involved in the process. So, I sent image in for "test" print using the Fujiflex Crystal paper. The print comes back, I open it up and literally, my wife went "WOW". I bring it to work to show others and some other photo enthusiast and LITERALLY.. They said.. "WOW". The image is of the Maroon Bells in Aspen Colorado and the quality and clarity of the print cannot be expressed in a short product review. I look forward to a full size print. It's not really a complaint, but rather a suggestion is to provide some ICC profiles so I can ensure what I send you is compliant to their printers. However, what I got back was SPOT on, so KUDOS on that, but before I submit a much larger and expensive print, it would be good to have some reassurance. Other than that... ROCK ON!!!

My wife and I happened to come across a gallery in Las Vegas that showcased some incredibly vivid photographs by a certain artist. The photos on display looked as if they were back-lit, however it turns out they weren't. I spoke to the gentleman at the store and he said they were printed using a special process involving Fuji Flex and Acrylic. So as soon as I got home I searched the net for ways to print some of my own photographs using the same process. That is when I came across Artisan HD. I sent them one of my photos and got the Fuji Flex with the 1/4" Acrylic Encapsulation to the Dibond (white). It arrived today and it looks absolutely STUNNING! Crazy thing is that the photo looks a lot better than it did on my own computer! Must be some kind of magic they do in the printing process. Even though I do not have the same lighting fixtures they had in the gallery, it still looks great even with normal household lighting. The turn-around time was great as well. I placed my order on the 9th and it arrived today on the 20th. So just under two weeks. I highly recommend Artisan HD and I can't wait to send them some more of my best photographs for printing.

Our photo of the Manhattan Skyline shows well underspot lights and the acrylic product adds depth to the photo. There is no glare on the photo even when used as a background with our video conferencing equipment. We are extremely pleased with the application for this product.

I'm an independent fine artist who was looking for a high-end, high-quality, all-inclusive, one-stop print shop who prides themselves on paying as much attention to detail as I do. I believe the difference between good and great is detail and ArtisanHD excels at detail! The colors, contrast, and clarity are exactly true to my originals and somehow seeing them printed up like this makes them look even BETTER than the originals! I picked three distinctly different types of photos to see how they would turn out. These are all printed on 1/2 inch black Gatorboard with museum wall mounts. They are lightweight but sturdy. My next orders will be on metals and acrylic! One more thing: I've had a few things printed professionally but NONE of them packaged the prints as carefully as ArtisanHD. They put a lot of time and expense into the packing materials they used to ship my three new babies! (All of the packaging is worth keeping and reusing when I need to ship something.) The feeling I got was that something very special was inside this box!

I put in an unusual order--family photos blown up to large size to stick to the wall as wallpaper. The staff called me to make sure I understood the product (people usually order forest or nature scenes, etc.) In my case, I ordered family photos so my 92 year old mother, whose sight is not as good as it once was, could have the reassurance of friendly family faces surrounding her where she is in skilled nursing. The staff person from ArtisanHD helped me figure out what finish would work best. The photos are beautiful. I had ordered a similar photo from another company some time ago and the quality can't hold a candle to ArtisanHD. ArtisanHD also made sure this was delivered to me in time to put these up in my mom's room for Mothers Day. A big thank you to them for all their assistance and for the quality of their work.

I did a test print of small areas of 3 images in order to see what they would look like on metallic photographic paper. I loved it. I also did a couple of prints directly to plexi. Did not come out as expected. I will know what to do better next time.

I made a mistake in the image I ordered. It was totally my fault. I called and spoke to an individual who worked with me to get a picture I was happy with and then gave me a discount. Not only was I incredibly pleased with the personal help i received, the quality of the image, packaging and mounting hardware was top notch. I will be doing business with this company again and again.
