The Arizona State Fair Photography Competition – It’s so much more than wild rides
With so much to do for FREE with your fair admission at the Arizona State Fair, be sure to take your time and make the most of it! You can choose from Monster Trucks, Racing, Games, Shopping, Magic, Concerts, typical fair deep-fried treats, and even a Petting Zoo! It’s also a wonderful opportunity for Arizona artists to showcase their works in a public setting.

Tour the Fine Arts Department where you will discover award-winning entries of paintings, pastels, photos, water coloring, sculptures, and more! In addition to world-class displays of work, Competitive Entries’ departments also have demonstrations, contests, guest speakers, and other activities.

The Photography department is defined as photographic compositions created solely to express the aesthetic vision of the photographer. Photographs will be judged for their beauty, composition, meaningfulness and technical skill.
