We work to ship your order(s) as quickly as possible. Standard Processing orders ship no later than 5 business days from the day after your order was placed. That means you will receive your print in 6-10 business days of when your order was placed. FedEx Ground is the default shipping option at checkout. This service may take up to 10 days to deliver.
Standard Processing time is up to 5 business days following the day when the order is placed. For faster processing, select Expedited Processing during checkout. Expedited Processing ensures your order will ship by the end of the next business day.
Your print is visually inspected by our quality control department before it is shipped, to ensure you receive a high-quality print. This is a manual process, not performed by machines. We believe in delivering quality!
During the photo upload and configuration process, you may be alerted that your uploaded photo is not big enough to produce a very high quality print in the size you have selected. You will be given an option to select a smaller size, or proceed anyway. If you choose to proceed anyway, accepting that your print may be of reduced quality, ArtisanHD.com does not guarantee the quality of the resulting print and will not refund or reprint the order!
If your print quality is not satisfactory, or is defective, you may request a reprint or refund by contacting us or calling Customer Service Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM, Arizona Time.
Once your order is placed ArtisanHD will begin working on your order often the same day. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with in 24 hours. If we have not produced any part of your order we will cancel your order and refund the full amount to your credit card. If any part of our order has been produced a restocking fee will charged to your card. The restocking fee is a 20% fee of the portion of your order that has been printed.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Artisan HD services. Your use of these services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and creates a binding legal agreement, so please read them carefully. The Artisan HD goal is 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. While we hope you will love our product and do not anticipate any problems, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 15 days of when you receive your order and we will reprint it free of charge. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fee, and the artwork needs to be in "like-new" condition. We highly recommend that send your returned item via a trackable method. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and retain the original box and packaging associated with the order until a damaged claim can be completed with our shipping provider. We will work with you during this time to keep you updated on the claim status and get a replacement print out to you. Claims for defects or damages must be made by the customer via email no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Artisan HD and the customer will understand that the print has been accepted. By accepting the print, the customer acknowledges that Artisan HD performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
For the best possible printed images, please ensure you are submitting properly exposed files. Artisan HD has years of experience with color management and will produce these files as they are submitted to us. We cannot be responsible for poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure.
Please know that digital files can vary in appearance on different monitors. We do print in a controlled color environment and are diligent in calibrating our print devises and media. In addition, please preview your images to ensure that everything is to your liking before placing your order. Since we make big prints here, make sure to zoom in and check for any anomalies in your image before placing your order.
Artisan HDships orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the level of services ordered – print only or additional finishing services like mounting and framing - most orders will ship within 4 - 6 business days. That means via normal Ground shipment you will receive your order in 7 - 14 business days of when it was placed. Expedited shipping can be requested at check out.
You must have the legal right to all of the images you upload, share or copy with Artisan HD. If we believe that any of the images sent to us for production as an artwork contain illegal content or any content that infringes intellectual property rights, or content that violates the law then we will refuse to reproduce it. Artisan HD cannot accept responsibility for copyright violation on images submitted for reproduction. We ask customers to seek copyright permissions for the work they submit. We retain the right to refuse to reproduce an image if we understand the content submitted to be illegal.
The following actions will constitute grounds for blocking access to the Artisan HD services, removal of posted material and non-fulfillment of your order (or any part of your order).
