What’s your return policy for damaged or defective prints?

If your print is defective or was damaged during shipping, please let us know within 10 days. With our return policy, you may request a reprint or refund by contacting support or calling Customer Service. We’re available Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM, Arizona Time.

Print Damage & Return Policy

If your print was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. You must retain the original box and packaging associated with the order, until a damaged claim can be completed with our shipping provider. We will work with you during this time to keep you updated on the claim status and get a replacement print out to you.

Print Defects

ArtisanHD takes pride in the quality of our work, and we guarantee the best possible print from your photo. Our skilled artisans use a rigorous 7-point inspection process to ensure perfect printing. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your print. We will work with you to get the perfect result, free of charge.

If no claim is made within 10 calendar days, ArtisanHD and the customer will understand that the print has been accepted as delivered.
