I want to print big – how big should I go?
The largest print available is 10ft x 10ft print, however, you can combine several 10ft x 10ft prints to make a larger print. How big you go depends on how much space you have and your preference for whitespace/picture balance.
What format do you require to upload images for professional photo printing?
Professional photo printing online made easy! We can accept the following file types: TIFF, JPEG, PSD and PDF. The maximum file size you can upload is 1.2 GB.
Should you use print profiles or need ICC Profiles for digital printing?
Simply put, print profiles ensure that your images print true to life, and match with perfect color after the ink has dried. Our goal is 100% perfect color.
Do you prefer sRGB vs Adobe RGB color profiles?
A very common question we get at ArtisanHD is whether we prefer sRGB vs Adobe RGB color profiles. We STRONGLY suggest Adobe RGB 1998.
What’s your return policy for damaged or defective prints?
If your print is defective or was damaged during shipping, please let us know within 10 days, as stated in our return policy.
What if I need extra help to “fix” a problem photograph?
If the resolution of your photo requires some boosting, ArtisanHD's computer-experienced digital art artists will work to fix any problem
What if I don’t know how to tell what size my HD photograph files are?
AritsanHD's online services include specialized software that will tell you if your HD photograph file is the best size for your desired print type and size.
Can you ship photo art prints overseas or out of the United States?
ArtisanHD is not able to ship professional printing products overseas at this time. Please contact us to make domestic shipping arrangements.
